•  Maintained and develop new communication channels through all available resources to achieve financial objectives (sales, inventory, gross margin, and turns) and merchandising objectives
•  Coordinate & Schedule district weekly walks within stores to motivate, teach, train and review business segments with associates to ensure success
•  Reduced inventory by $31 Million within 90days while still achieving sales plan
•  Responsible for merchandising all product(s) within building materials, lumber, millwork and hardware for all new locations during tenure.
