Hicks & Associates, LLC has an extensive background as a manufacturer representative. Approaching two decades of experience in the representative industry (cabinetry, plumbing, do-it-yourself market and direct sales) we have established a formula for success second to none. Our Mission Statement is: “ Positive leadership committed to delivering results through both new and existing market penetration and financial objectives with integrity”.

Our history includes prior experience as a buyer/merchant for the largest do-it-yourself retailer in the country. Having negotiated numerous co-op, rebate and product reviews, we have a proven record of success when it comes to working with major corporations and small businesses in achieving mutual goals in product development, packaging, product placement, sell-thru and margins. This role of our organization enables us to fully understand our new potential and existing clients businesses more thoroughly thus becoming an even bigger asset for doing business.

Our successes have come with true partnerships with our factories and clientele that we have done business with over the years. It is a TEAM process both with the factory and the representative to achieve their combined goals. There is positive's in every situation and that is what we as an agency focus on.
